It all started in Fall of 2021 when we first approached you regarding planning of our daughter
Rujuta Pandya’s wedding. Since that very first meeting – when you came thoroughly prepared
with ideas and details – we, Niyati and I, both felt strongly that we were in safe hands! All the
events were destined to be a huge success… and it will be an understatement to say that THEY

On top of that, the most important and crucial part was the handling of last-minute details and
pressures on the day of the evens. You and your staff worked so hard, with an ever-smiling

We are two PhDs who had a whirlwind of a year in 2019 -- getting married, buying a house, beginning new jobs, and planning our dream wedding. Elegant Events has been a true godsend for my organization, and I could not recommend them more highly! I use them every month for events ranging between 100-150+ people, and they are highly professional, efficient, flexible, and responsive event managers. Elegant Events is fantastic with all kinds of setups. For some of my events, we need to convert a room set auditorium style with folding chairs to dinner around circular tables. Leave it to Elegant Events! In 7 minutes flat, they changed the entire room, and it looked beautiful.

After 7 years of learning Bharatnatyam and western dance, on August 6, 2011, our daughter Kinjal danced her way into the company of the select dancers who have successfully performed their Arangetram and impressed the hundreds who came to watch. Our holiday open house was a great success thanks to the attention to detail and great food presented by Elegant Events.  The Executive Director personally tended to the set up and seeing to staff.  How they managed to maneuver themselves through that very congested room with little attention to themselves I do not know.
